Madame Fourcade's Secret War Lynne Olson

Codename Hedgehog, Madame Marie-Madeleine Fourcade was the head of a huge resistance organization called Alliance in WWII France. Her group was one of the longest running spy organizations and supplied more intelligence than other resistance organizations. They were constantly pursued by the Gestapo, sometimes being killed/tortured and Hedgehog had to move and change her appearance every week to keep from being captured. She was captured twice but managed to escape.
