Agent Most Wanted Sonia Purnell

This is a Young Reader version of her book "A Woman of No Importance". Virginia Hall is from Baltimore MD and joined the SOE during WWII. She was the first woman sent behind enemy lines and worked with the French Resistance from 1941-1942 and from 1944-1945. She had to escape from France in 1942 because her network was compromised. She was a very persistent and heroic woman, who did what she did despite having a prosthetic leg named Cuthbert.
